• We make every effort to fulfill all preorder items as expected. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, in the event that:
• The item is lost in transit from our supplier, or
• Our supplier is unable to fulfill the order due to stock shortages or other unforeseen issues.
  In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued for any canceled items.
• Preorder items may arrive with minor imperfections (such as slight creases, scuffs, or wear) caused by international or third-party shipping and handling. These do not qualify as defects and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  However, please note that we will pack all items with care before shipping them to you to help minimize any potential damage during transit.
