Whether you’re planning a game night with friends, a family bonding session, or just want to destress after school or work, The Lounge is here to be your cozy third space.

Over the years, one of our hosts, Ana, has collected both mass market and limited edition board games, some from conventions like her signed Kushi Express and kickstarters like Veiled Fate. As of our latest count, we've got 300+ board games available to play, from quick party favorites to deep strategy classics and hidden indie gems. Our game masters will also teach you the rules to any and every game of your choice, so you can skip the manuals and get straight to the fun. Solo players will always have someone to play with here, too. 🎲

Planning your next watch party? We have a big-screen projector for that, plus access to streaming platforms like Netflix and Prime Video, so you can catch up on shows, rewatch comfort films, or dive into something new with friends. Got a specific movie you want to watch? Send us a request in advance! Just bring the snacks (or grab some from our menu), settle in, and make it a movie night to remember. 🍿

Our gaming room is all about chill vibes and friendly battles. Fire up the PS5 or Nintendo Switch 2, grab a controller, and jump into anything from fighting games like Tekken and Super Smash Bros, racing games like Mario Kart, and story-driven adventures like Hogwarts Legacy. It’s the perfect spot when you want a break from boardgames and just want to play, laugh, and trash-talk a little with friends. 🎮

Booking your game night at Shelfscape is easy!

Walk-ins are always welcome, but if you’re planning a birthday, team-building, or private event, we recommend reserving in advance. Simply send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook, or book directly via Koalendar with your preferred date, time, group size, and any special requests.

We’ll confirm availability, share package options if needed, and lock in your booking so all that’s left for you to do is show up, get cozy, and enjoy our collection of 300+ boardgames with your friends, family, or team.

Board Game Lounge ✤

Do I need a reservation?

Nope! Walk-ins are always welcome. You can drop by anytime during our open hours: Tuesdays-Sundays, 1:00PM-10:00PM.

If you are with a big group, we highly recommend booking in advance especially during weekends.

How much are your rates?

Rates start at ₱150 per hour, per head (₱120 for students with valid ID). We also have an ongoing 3-hour rate promo and group promo for 5+1: bring 5 friends, and the 6th one gets in free.

Whole day rates are ₱500 on weekdays, ₱650 on weekends. Rates are inclusive of access to 300+ board games, our movie area, and console area.

Can I book the Lounge for a private event?

Yes! Shelfscape is available for private bookings such as birthdays, workshops, team-building sessions, game nights, and other special occasions.

To reserve the space, please contact us in advance so we can discuss availability, group size, and package options.

Do you teach board games?

Absolutely! Our game hosts are happy to recommend titles and walk you through the rules — no need to worry about flipping through thick manuals.

Can I bring my own board games or card games?

Yes, but our standard lounge rates still apply.

Do you serve food and drinks?

Yes! We’ve curated cozy café-style drinks from coffee to matcha, and light snacks made with premium and imported ingredients, perfect for game nights and bonding sessions.

Can I bring outside food?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring in outside food — we don’t charge corkage fees for that. We just ask that you enjoy responsibly and take care not to spill on the games or furniture.

Drinks, however, are best ordered from our menu to support the Lounge!

For alcoholic beverages, a corkage fee of ₱500–₱1000 applies.

Is the Lounge pet-friendly?

Yes! We love furry friends at Shelfscape, and we even have our own! Pets are welcome in the lounge as long as they’re on a leash or wearing diapers.

Please be a responsible paw-rent and make sure your pet is comfortable and well-behaved so everyone can enjoy their time here.

What happens if I damage a boardgame or property at the Lounge?

We lovingly curate our collection of board games, card games, and tarot decks — some titles are rare, bought from conventions and kickstarter campaigns, or limited editions that are hard to replace. We ask everyone to treat our games like your own, so others can enjoy them too.

  • Accidental damages to rare/limited edition items will incur a 100% charge of the game’s total price.
  • For other damages (e.g., missing pieces, spills, or broken components), charges will depend on the severity of the damage and replacement costs.

Tarot and Oracle Decks ✤

Are your decks authentic?

100%. We only carry authentic decks from trusted publishers, indie creators, and official distributors. All our decks are imported from different countries like the US, the UK, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, and more.

Can I browse tarot and oracle decks in person?

Yes! You may check out and experience decks from our personal collection in-store before purchasing. We're also happy to help in case you need recommendations for the tarot or oracle deck that best suits your needs and vibe.

Do you accept preorders for specific decks?

We frequently open select preorders for indie and international decks.

Please note our pre-order disclaimer: delays or small cosmetic imperfections may occur due to international shipping, but we always pack with care and offer refunds if suppliers cannot fulfill them.

Orders and Shipping ✤

Where can I order online, aside from the website?

You may order via Shopee or by sending us a DM on our Instagram or Facebook account. Kindly message us between our opening hours from 1:00PM-10:00PM daily.

Do you ship nationwide / internationally?

We ship anywhere in the Philippines. Unfortunately, we cannot cater to international orders just yet.

How long does shipping take?

  • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
  • Outside Metro Manila: 5–10 business days
  • Preorders: Timelines vary by supplier; we’ll keep you updated regularly!

Do you have same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available for select Metro Manila areas. We ship from Quezon City. Just place your order during store hours by sending us a DM on Instagram or Facebook to arrange your shipping.

Delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer and may vary depending on your location and courier rates.

Can I pick up my orders directly at the store?

Yes! We also offer discounts for in-store pickup here at our Lounge at 162 Unit C Kanlaon Street, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City.

Payments and Other Policies ✤

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, GCash, and credit/debit cards for in-store and web purchases, as well as Shopee checkout for online orders.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

  • For products: We accept returns only if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For preorders: Full refunds are given if suppliers cannot fulfill.
  • For lounge sessions: Payments are non-refundable once playtime has started.

Do you offer collaborations or partnerships?

We’re open to collaborations with influencers, local businesses and indie creators, and community events. Reach out to us through email or social media — we’d love to hear your ideas!
